These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EzyWallet service (“EzyWallet”), operated by EzyRemit Worldwide Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using EzyWallet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

EzyWallet means the digital wallet service provided through the EzyRemit platform.

User / You means any individual or business registered to use EzyWallet.

Services means all features available within EzyWallet including storing, sending, receiving, and managing funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using EzyWallet, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

To use EzyWallet, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction);
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

5. Use of Services

You may load funds using approved funding methods.
You may send and receive funds subject to applicable limits and fees.
You must not use EzyWallet for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

6. Fees & Transaction Limits

Fees, charges, and transaction limits applicable to EzyWallet are published on our platform and may be updated from time to time with prior notice where required by law.

7. Currency & Exchange Rates

If transactions involve currency conversion, exchange rates will be displayed before you confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, the transaction is final.

8. Ownership of Funds

Funds held in EzyWallet remain your property and may be held in custodial or safeguarded accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. No interest is paid on wallet balances.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using EzyWallet, you consent to such processing and regulatory disclosures where required.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You breach these Terms;
We are required by law or regulatory authority;
We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

EzyWallet is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (or the jurisdiction in which EzyRemit Worldwide Pty Ltd operates).

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our platform and become effective upon publication.
